Office 365 (E1)

O365 E1 includes Email and Calendars via Microsoft Exchange; Workplace Social with Yammer, Video Sharing, and Sharepoint sites.  You also can IM and hold online meetings with Skype for Business.  You get access to OneDrive for Business too, with very healthy storage limits.  Finally, all your users can edit their documents with Office Online, the browser version of Microsoft Office.

Unlimited On-site Support

Occasionally an issue cannot, or should not, be resolved using our device connection software. We provide unlimited on-site service at no additional charge.

Our system alerts us when your Internet connectivity stops. We automatically engage the service provider on your behalf in order to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.

Phone System Management

As the single point of contact for all of your technology needs, you can call our Help Desk whenever you have any technology problem, including issues with your phone system. We perform basic troubleshooting and if we are unable to solve the problem quickly, we can engage the phone system vendor on your behalf and manage the issue until it is resolved.
