aNetworks, Inc. announces acquisition of AKA Computer Solutions
Norwell, MA—aNetworks, Inc., the Massachusetts based IT Managed Services Provider, has announced its acquisition of AKA Computer Solutions, a local IT Support Company headquartered in Abington, MA.
After several months of collaboration between the two companies, aNetworks has completed an acquisition that will bring the two companies together. The acquisition provides AKA clients a technology solutions company that delivers a high level of service through combined resources, experience, and access to a wider array of technological advancements. Serving small to enterprise-level businesses across various vertical industries, the company will continue to maintain its offices in Norwell, MA, and will grow to about 20 full time employees.
aNetworks engineers hold top-notch certifications from industry leading manufacturers, including Cisco Systems, Microsoft, and VMware, along with technology specializations such as cloud computing, business continuity, security, and mobile IT solutions. Using comprehensive remote monitoring and management tools, aNetworks focuses on providing proactive IT solutions and quick problem resolution for over two thousand endpoints spread across a diverse customer base. Through this acquisition, aNetworks will offer an increased level of service, including proactive IT solutions that improve the reliability of systems and add efficiencies to AKA clients’ business processes.
Crucial operational components will remain the same throughout the acquisition and customers will continue to work with the firm as they have in the past. There will be no changes in current personnel and additional hiring is anticipated. The new company is managed by CEO, William H. Minahan, Jr., and President, Robert C. Connella.
