As a key member of our Help Desk Team, you’ll share your technical expertise with our clients, provide caring and expert technical support, and resolve simple to complex technical issues.


  • Provide professional and caring advanced technical support to our clients.
  • Help to keep our clients’ end users productive by documenting, monitoring, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and resolution.
  • Research knowledge base repositories for technical solutions and configurations.
  • Maintain industry expertise by learning new and evolving technologies and by attaining designated professional certifications.
  • Contribute to our vision and direction by helping improve Help Desk practices.


  • Minimum of 3 Years of Hands-On Experience Supporting Network and Desktop Technology is required
  • Industry standard PC and workstation hardware
  • Windows 7, 8 and 10 OS
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016 OS
  • Active Directory
  • Exchange Server
  • Cloud based services including: Office 365, Dropbox, and
  • VMware 5.5 +
  • Windows Remote Desktop Server and Terminal Server
  • IBM, Lenovo, and Industry Standard Server Hardware
  • Backup Technologies – Barracuda, Datto, Storagecraft.
  • Enterprise UTM (unified threat management), anti-virus and malware protection solutions
  • Network backbone devices including switches, routers, and firewalls
